I ran across this craft as I was looking for something to do for Valentines day. I love footprint crafts, they will one day remind me of how tiny their little feet once were. My girls always get excited when we do something like this, because they love how messy it is.
This is a really easy craft. We coated each foot in a color of their choice and carefully made prints in the shape of a heart.
To me, the hardest part was drawing the heart around the prints. I outlined it in pencil (I had to erase it more times than I could count) and then finally traced over it with paint. Then, I let each girl make polka dots using their fingers.
I think this would be cute for any occasion, but I really like it for Valentines day.
