At our Harry Potter birthday party, we let the children paint their own wands (in another post). We thought it would be a cool idea to make them a “float” their balloons across the yard using their new wands. They had a blast! They ended up playing this game way longer than I had imagined.
We made the goal of the game to see who could keep their balloon from touching the ground and reach the other side of the yard first, using only their wands.
