Our neighbor gave us this cool little project idea. She saw someone else do this and it turned out pretty cool. So we gave it a try. All you need, is some small flowers, paper and a spoon.
So first, we went outside and picked a bunch of little flowers (they were mostly weeds 😆). Then we took them inside and started to squish them onto the paper. It worked really well, as long as you pushed really hard. I had to help my youngest push the spoon so that the color would show up.
After you squish the flower, if you want to keep it neat, be careful how you brush the flower off the page. It will make a streak of color if you’re not careful. We used paint to decorate the rest of the page around it. I love the fact that all of our creations turned out different. It was a pretty easy and quick craft, and my girls had fun with it.
